My journey commenced as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at Madar Sanitorium, Ajmer, where I laid the foundation for my commitment to patient care. Subsequently, I served as a Civil Assistant Surgeon at MG Hospital, Bhilwara, contributing to the medical landscape with a focus on surgical procedures and comprehensive patient well-being.
The pinnacle of my professional trajectory unfolded during my commendable 35-year tenure with Indian Railways. Within this expansive period, I ascended through various roles, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. From Divisional Medical Officer to the pinnacle of Chief Medical Director, I played a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing medical services across the railway network. My leadership during this period was marked by strategic planning, efficient team management, and a relentless commitment to enhancing the quality of healthcare provided to railway employees.
Post-retirement from Indian Railways, I seamlessly transitioned into a new phase of my career at Rungta Hospital, where I have served as a Chest Physician for the past 12 years. My focus on pulmonary medicine has allowed me to specialize in diagnosing and treating respiratory disorders. Beyond clinical practice, my administrative acumen came to the forefront as I assumed the role of Medical Director for 5 years, In these roles, I provided visionary leadership, ensuring the seamless operation of medical services, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining compliance with
regulatory standards.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing medical care, patient advocacy, and fostering a collaborative environment. My multifaceted experience encompasses clinical proficiency, administrative leadership, and a passion for continuous learning. As I look back on nearly five decades in the medical field, I remain dedicated to contributing my skills and knowledge to the betterment of healthcare and patient outcomes.
