NICU
Successful Resuscitation with good neurological output of

  •  Extreme Low Birth weight (<1000g).

Procedures

  •  Intubation and putting both arterial and venous central lines (Umbilical and PICC lines) in term baby,
    Preterm Baby, very low birth weight(<1500g), Low birth weight (<2500g), Extreme Low Birth weight
    (<1000g).
     TRAINED IN USG (JK LOAN HOSPITAL)- I have done workshop in march 2022 from
    JKLOANhospital, Point of care Ultrasound which includes Cranial Ultrasound, bed side – 2D-ECHO,
    Functional Echocardiography, Lung USGs, Abdominal USG, Central Lines insertion using USG.
  •  Surfactant administration with INSURE and MIST technique in babies of RDS.
  •  Intercity transport of very sick newborn on ventilator.
  •  Liver biopsy of newborn

Procedures

  • Intubation and putting both arterial and venous central lines in sick patients.
  •  Bedside Point of Care Ultrasound
  •  Differential Intubation: When both lungs having different pathology in each; e.g. Pneumothorax in one
    lung and ARDS in other both require different ventilator settings. So each lung is attached to
    different ventilator.
  •  Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy
  •  Intrathecal Injections- Especially Chemotherapy for ALL/ AML patients
  •  Liver biopsy
  • ICDchest tube placement.
  •  Pleural TAP
