- Appointment slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- A confirmed booking does not guarantee a specific consultation time but reserves your slot within the designated session
- Rungta Hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of medical emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or unavailability of the concerned doctor
- In case of a hospital-initiated cancellation, patients will be informed at the earliest and offered an alternative appointment or a full refund
- Patients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time

- In case the final bill is less than the advance paid, the balance amount will be refunded as per the Refund Policy
- Additional charges for procedures, investigations, or extended stay will be communicated to the patient or attendant in a timely manner
- Cashless facility is available for patients covered under empanelled health insurance schemes including Chiranjeevi, RGHS, ESIC, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, and Railways
8. Health Packages

- Health packages are non-transferable and are valid for the person in whose name the booking is made
- Package validity period, if applicable, will be specified at the time of purchase
